Shipping & Return Policy

  • Road shipments may take 7–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, product weight, and selected courier. You will be informed of the shipping fee before confirming your order.


Return Policy

  1. Products can be returned within 14 days from the invoice date.

  2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that are used, opened, incomplete, or damaged will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

  3. If return conditions are met, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

  4. Returns must be made using the designated logistics companies we work with.

  5. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, along with a clearly stated reason for return and in resalable condition.

  6. Once the returned product is received, the inspection process will begin. In the case of damaged or defective items, the customer will be informed within 7 business days via email or phone.

  7. For approved returns, the refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days to your account or credit card.

  8. Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged, opened, or incomplete. The returned product must include the invoice, original packaging, and all its components.
