2. Order Request & Proforma Invoice

  • When you click "Place Order" or "Buy Now", your order is received by our team.

  • A quote including the shipping cost is prepared and a proforma invoice is sent to you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • Alternatively, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp or email to request a quote.

 

3. Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT / Wire)

  • Credit Card
    → A 4% bank commission applies for credit card payments.

  • Western Union

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Customs & After Delivery

  • Import taxes and customs fees in the buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.
